For the expansion of our team of Dornier Construction and Service SRL in Constanta, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified 

Wind Installation Technician (m/f/d)

Where your expertise is needed:

• Preparation of site and site facilities 
• Preparation of tools and equipment 
• Preparation and installation of wind turbine components 
• Execution of all tasks according to the applicable technical and safety instructions and regulations 
• Following the instructions and advice from relevant superior positions in the Installation Team and/or Project Management Team
• Recommending and implementing actions for continuous improvement  
• Please note that your role shall be further defined according to your position in the Installation Team

What we're looking for:

• Romanian citizenship
• At least one year of experience working in wind turbines installation
• GWO Basic Safety Training
• Good mechanical skills and good handling of tools and equipment
• Ability to climb ladders of 100+ meters and to work at heights
• Ability to work and perform within teams or alone
• Ability to work under challenging conditions
• Ability to read and understand technical documents
• Ability to prepare documents and reports
• Flexibility to travel for longer periods
• Willingness to self-improve and to also help others improve
• A problem-solving mindset and a pro-active approach
• A culture for safety and quality
• Good communication skills in both Romanian and English
• Driver’s license category B (preferable)
