To strengthen our team at Dornier Construction and Service GmbH Eesti filiaal, we are looking for a technically skilled and positive-minded colleague in our international team to operate the ramming machine at our solar park construction site near Risti, Läänemaa:

Ramming Machine Operator (m/f/d)

• Operate the ramming machine safely, efficiently and according to the construction plan
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Report any deviation in the machine’s condition 
• Coordinate the work of assisting crew at the machine
• Record daily progress and report any quality concerns
• Follow health and safety rules and ensure your assisting crew does the same

• High school or occupational school education, preferably in machinery or mechanics
• Hands-on experience with ramming machines or similar equipment
• Knowledgeable in mechanical components of ramming machines
• Experience in Solar Ramming works is an advantage
• Strong focus on safety in all aspects of work
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Very good communication and cooperation skills 
• Good English and Estonian language skills, speaking level in Russian is a plus
• Valid B-category driver’s license
